We had a great time! Amethyst Dunes was the best little house for our little family from Oklahoma. The location about the beach was well worth it!

four The owner replaced the refrigerator considering that our last stay 2 years ago, which was needed. I feel that the property owner needs to address a couple of issues. The main criticism that I have with the residence could be the sliding glass doors. Most, if not all, of these really need to get replaced. The door which is used the most (from the living/kitchen area area on the rear deck) is extremely tough to open.

that island is nothing short of paradise and like 35 miles from this house. every one of the beaches we secluded and very little people on them. its nowhere close to crowded. cape san blas had the most people off all of the beaches and even that was not what I call crowded". I do suggest bringing bug spray because there are some yellow fly type insects that arrive out in the early morning hours and when the Sunshine starts to set and they do bite. it had been nothing that will keep you indoors though. there are a number of state parks during the area and every one of these are beautiful. beautiful is an understatement to become honest! its a very family friendly place and never the party scene. the people are friendly and their southern draw is just too darn cute. this year was the first time I have been to this area in florida And that i will make this a yearly vacation. working with pristine properties was simple and easy. they're nice And that i most likely talked to all of them before I actually made it to indian pass. there is so much I could say but just pack up and go see for yourself. The beds had been decently comfortable (not the best but failed to hinder our slumber), and there was plenty of Place to stow our stuff so we didn't have to look at suitcases, etcetera. all week. Being right to the beach is unquestionably the selling point and our favorite element of this house.

I loved that there were being 2 bedrooms with king size beds. That is SO great for Older people who want to travel with each other. But unfortunately unless some improvements are made to this home, I blue-dream would not lease it all over again or suggest it to a buddy.

This house has an awesome location, it’s right within the beach. We really appreciated our stay. The property needs some improvements and upgrades.

From the outside, the property looks a little “run down” compared to neighboring properties. But from the looks from the neighboring properties, they would be well away from our price selection. The inside photos had been accurate and everything worked fine.
